Every account on GG-MARKETPLACE has two separate balances. The Buyer balance is what you spend on purchases. The Seller balance is what you've earned from sales. They never mix automatically — you can move money between them, but it's always an explicit click.

Why crypto is cheaper
Card processors charge us per transaction; crypto doesn't. We pass the cost to you only on cards, so a $100 card top-up nets $97 but a $100 USDT top-up nets $100.

What if a top-up doesn't show up?

  1. 1

    Wait the full window

    Card top-ups are usually instant but can take up to 5 minutes during peak. BTC needs 1 confirmation (~10–40 min). Don't repeat the payment — duplicate top-ups are a common support ticket.

  2. 2

    Check Wallet → Transactions

    Every attempted top-up shows up with status: Pending, Completed, Failed. If you see Failed, the issue is on the payment-method side — try another card or use crypto.

  3. 3

    Contact support with the reference

    If a payment shows Completed at your bank/wallet but Pending or missing on GG, open a support ticket with the reference ID. Crypto: paste the txid. Card: paste the last 4 digits and the exact amount/time. We resolve within a few hours.

Chargebacks = permanent ban
Issuing a chargeback on a card top-up instead of asking for a refund triggers an automatic permanent ban on your account, all linked accounts, and the IP. If something is wrong, open a dispute or contact support first — we always refund legitimate issues.
