A clean profile builds trust — both as a buyer and as a seller. Here's the 2-minute polish.

Your profile is your public identity on the marketplace. Sellers see it when you message them, and buyers see it on your offer pages and in the leaderboard. A blank profile signals 'new account' — and new accounts get less trust.

    Upload an avatar

Use a square image, ideally 512×512px. PNG or JPG, under 2 MB. Real photos convert better than logos for personal profiles; for seller brands, a clean logo on a single-color background works best.

  3. 3

Pick a cover image (sellers only)

Cover images make your seller page look professional. 1600×400px works best. Avoid busy backgrounds — the dashboard overlays text on top.

  4. 4

    Fill the social links

Discord, Telegram and X handles appear as icons on your profile. Buyers use these to verify you're a real human before placing large orders.

Internal data: sellers with a real avatar AND a finished cover convert 30%+ better than blank profiles on the same product. It's the cheapest upgrade you'll ever make.
