Terms of Service

The rules of the road for everyone using GG-MARKETPLACE — buyers, sellers, Priority Sellers, VIP Buyers and Resellers. Read them carefully. By using the Platform you accept them in full.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and GG-MARKETPLACE ("GG", "we", "us", "our"), operator of gg-marketplace.com (the "Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, browsing, listing, buying, selling, depositing, withdrawing or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or any other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case "you" refers to that entity.

These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any policy, plan description, KYC notice or in-product disclosure published on the Platform. In case of conflict, the most recent in-product disclosure prevails for the specific transaction it relates to.

2. Eligibility and account registration

You may only use the Platform if you are at least 18 years old, are not located in, ordinarily resident in or a national of a country subject to a comprehensive embargo by the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States, and are not listed on any sanctions list (OFAC, EU, UN, HM Treasury).

When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep that information up to date at all times. Each natural person may hold one (1) personal account. Operating duplicate, shared or stand-in accounts is prohibited and grounds for permanent suspension and confiscation of any funds derived from such use.

We may, at any time, require additional verification (email confirmation, phone verification, KYC documents, proof of address, proof of source of funds) before allowing further use of certain features, including withdrawals, payouts and high-value transactions.

3. Account security and responsibility

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password, recovery email, 2FA device and any API or session credentials. Any action performed via your account is deemed to have been performed by you.

  • Use a unique, strong password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on sensitive operations.
  • Never share your credentials, session cookies or 2FA codes with anyone — GG staff will never ask for them.
  • Notify us at security@gg-marketplace.com immediately upon any unauthorized access, suspicious activity or device loss.

We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to protect your credentials, by phishing, by malware on your device or by reuse of passwords leaked outside the Platform.

4. Roles, plans and badges

Each account may hold one or more of the following statuses, each with its own benefits and obligations described in the corresponding in-product page:

  • Buyer — default role, may purchase any listing and open disputes.
  • Seller — may publish listings after passing identity and listing-quality checks.
  • Priority Seller — paid upgrade granting reduced commission (4%), priority placement, faster payouts and direct support.
  • VIP Buyer — paid upgrade granting animated avatars/covers, exclusive cosmetics and priority customer support.
  • Reseller — verified reseller status granting reseller tooling, bulk-list endpoints and a dedicated badge.
  • Owner / Admin / Finance / Moderator — internal team roles assigned by GG and not available for purchase.

Paid plans renew only if you explicitly purchase them again — there is no automatic recurring charge. Each purchase is final and non-refundable except where required by mandatory consumer-protection law.

5. Buying, selling and escrow

Every order placed on the Platform is held in integrated escrow. Funds are debited from the buyer's wallet at checkout and released to the seller's wallet only after one of the following conditions is met:

  • The buyer explicitly confirms delivery and marks the order as completed; or
  • The auto-release deadline expires without a dispute being opened (default: 72 hours after delivery confirmation by the seller); or
  • Our mediation team rules in favor of the seller in a dispute.

Sellers must deliver exactly what is described in the listing, within the delivery window declared, and via the delivery channel agreed (in-platform message, file download, account credentials, etc.). Sellers may not require the buyer to leave the Platform to complete the transaction. Off-platform deals void all buyer-protection and escrow guarantees.

Buyers must inspect deliveries promptly. Any dispute must be opened within 48 hours of the seller marking the order as delivered; after this window the order auto-releases and is considered accepted.

6. Fees, taxes and payouts

  • Card deposits and card checkout: 5% processing fee (3.5% for Resellers), displayed before confirmation.
  • Crypto deposits: 1% processing fee (0.5% for Resellers), plus the network/miner fee charged by the blockchain, all displayed before confirmation.
  • Withdrawals: flat 13% + 0.99 USD fee per withdrawal, regardless of method or amount, displayed before confirmation.
  • Plan upgrades: as displayed on the Priority Sellers, VIP Buyer and Resellers pages at the moment of purchase.

All prices and fees are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise noted. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any income tax, VAT, sales tax, withholding or other levy that applies to your activity on the Platform in your jurisdiction. We may issue 1099-K, DAC7 or equivalent reports where required by law.

Withdrawals are processed to the wallet address or payout method you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of that address; transactions sent to an incorrect address are irreversible and cannot be recovered.

7. Prohibited items and conduct

You may not list, sell, buy, advertise, link to or otherwise facilitate the exchange of any of the following:

  • Goods or services illegal under applicable law, including weapons, controlled substances and counterfeit currency.
  • Stolen, hacked or unlawfully obtained accounts, payment methods, gift cards or credentials of any kind.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery or any content depicting violence against minors.
  • Malware, ransomware, exploits, phishing kits, doxxing tools or services intended to compromise third-party systems.
  • Items that violate third-party intellectual-property rights, including pirated software, leaked source code, cracked games and unlicensed media.
  • Items that violate the terms of service of the platform they originate from (e.g. boosting, account sharing or in-game currency where the publisher forbids it), unless the publisher has issued written authorization.
  • Goods or services that promote terrorism, organized hate, real-world violence or self-harm.
  • Personal data of third parties, leaked databases or any content sourced from a data breach.
  • Money-laundering, structuring, mixing/tumbling services and any transaction designed to obscure the origin of funds.

You also agree not to: (a) probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Platform without prior written authorization; (b) scrape, mass-export or republish Platform content; (c) interfere with rankings, reviews or reputation systems; (d) harass, threaten, dox or impersonate other users; (e) circumvent fees, escrow or any protective mechanism; (f) use the Platform to broker, advertise or coordinate off-platform deals.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove any listing, freeze any wallet, suspend any account and report any user to law-enforcement or tax authorities.

8. Disputes, replacements and refunds

A buyer may open a dispute when: the product was not delivered, was materially different from the description, was non-functional on arrival, was revoked by the publisher within the warranty window declared by the seller, or when the seller breached the agreed delivery channel.

Once a dispute is opened, escrowed funds are frozen. Both parties have 72 hours to submit evidence (screenshots, logs, chat history, delivery files). Our mediation team will then issue one of the following outcomes:

  • Full refund to the buyer (funds returned to wallet within 1 business day).
  • Replacement provided by the seller within an additional 72-hour window.
  • Partial refund (e.g., when delivery is partial or partially functional).
  • Release in favor of the seller when the dispute is unfounded.

Mediation decisions are final at the platform level. Repeated abuse of the dispute system — by either party — may result in suspension and forfeiture of pending balances.

9. Wallet, balances and inactivity

Your wallet on the Platform is a record of funds owed to you by GG and is not a bank account, deposit account or e-money account. Balances do not accrue interest, are not insured by any deposit guarantee scheme and are not a substitute for a regulated payment account.

If your account remains inactive (no login and no transaction) for 24 consecutive months, we may attempt to contact you and, failing a response within 60 days, treat the account as dormant and the balance as unclaimed property under applicable law.

10. Intellectual property and licenses

All branding, code, design, copy and trademarks of the Platform belong to GG-MARKETPLACE or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose and nothing more.

By uploading content (listings, images, descriptions, reviews, support messages) you grant GG a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, translate, moderate and promote that content for the operation, security and marketing of the Platform. You represent that you own or have the rights necessary to grant this license.

11. Suspension, termination and account closure

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account, freeze your wallet and reverse any transaction at any time, without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, applicable law, or that your activity is fraudulent, abusive or harmful to the Platform or its users.

You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account, provided you have no open orders, no open disputes and a zero wallet balance. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including fee obligations, indemnity, limitation of liability, intellectual property and dispute-resolution clauses — will remain in force.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

GG IS A NEUTRAL VENUE AND IS NOT A PARTY TO THE UNDERLYING TRANSACTION BETWEEN BUYER AND SELLER. WE DO NOT INSPECT OR ENDORSE INDIVIDUAL LISTINGS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100). WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL OR DATA.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless GG-MARKETPLACE, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your content, your transactions or your breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation within 30 days will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, except that GG may seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or the integrity of the Platform.

Consumers resident in the European Union may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to the address on file and via an in-product banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Non-material changes (typos, clarifications, contact details) may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.
