1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using GG-MARKETPLACE (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, buyers and sellers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
Accounts created with false information, automated tools or shared credentials may be suspended without notice.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by failure to protect your credentials.
4. Buying and selling
All transactions are held in integrated escrow until the buyer confirms delivery or the delivery deadline expires.
Sellers must deliver exactly what is described in the listing. Misrepresentation, counterfeit goods or stolen credentials result in permanent ban and forfeiture of funds.
Buyers must inspect deliveries promptly and open disputes within 48 hours of receipt.
5. Fees
GG-MARKETPLACE charges an 8% commission per completed transaction (4% for Priority Sellers).
Crypto withdrawal fees vary by network and are passed through at cost.
6. Prohibited items
You may not list or sell illegal goods, weapons, drugs, malware, CSAM, stolen accounts, or anything that violates third-party terms of service.
We reserve the right to remove any listing at our sole discretion.
7. Refunds and disputes
Buyers are entitled to a 100% refund if a product is not delivered, materially different from the description, or non-functional on arrival.
Disputes are handled by our internal mediation team. Decisions are final.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraud, or activity that harms the Platform or its users.
You may close your account at any time from the settings panel.
9. Limitation of liability
GG-MARKETPLACE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the prior 12 months.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email and on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
