Sellers with high ratings and fast fulfillment get promoted by the algorithm. Priority sellers appear at the top of every product page with a red badge — and conversion on that placement is ~3.5× higher than slot #4.
The 2-hour rule
When a buyer orders a manual-delivery item, you have 2 hours from the moment you mark it as 'preparing' to actually deliver. Miss it, and the buyer is auto-refunded — no negotiation. Three misses in 30 days and you lose Priority status for 90 days.

How to keep your rating above 4.8
- Reply to every buyer message within 30 minutes during your active hours. Silence = bad rating.
- Over-deliver: 31-day Netflix when listed as 30-day, an extra key in a 10-pack.
- Replace, don't argue. If a $5 product fails, a free replacement costs less than a 1-star review.
- Be honest in listings — exaggerated descriptions guarantee disappointed buyers.
Priority is recalculated nightly
Your Priority status is re-evaluated every night at 00:00 UTC. If you slipped today, fix the issue tomorrow and you can be back the day after.
