Every order on GG-MARKETPLACE is escrowed. The seller does not receive your payment until you confirm delivery, the 7-day auto-confirm window passes, or a dispute is resolved in their favor.
Three automatic refunds
1) Seller doesn't start preparing within 3 hours of payment → auto-cancel & full refund. 2) Seller marks preparing but doesn't deliver within 2 hours → auto-refund. 3) Disputes resolved in buyer's favor → instant refund to buyer balance.
When to open a dispute
- Credentials don't work at all.
- Account works for less than the advertised duration (e.g. 30-day Netflix dies after 3 days).
- Product is fundamentally different from what was listed.
- Seller is unresponsive after delivery and the product has issues.
When NOT to open a dispute
- You just changed your mind on a stock item (those are non-refundable once revealed).
- You haven't tried the credentials yet — message the seller first.
- The product works exactly as described but you misunderstood the listing.

Most issues resolve in the chat. Sellers want to keep their rating clean and will usually replace a broken item before any dispute is filed.

Explain the issue clearly. Attach screenshots — these dramatically speed up admin review. Admins respond within 24h on weekdays.

Wait for admin decision
Admins read the chat history, the dispute statement, and the screenshots. Decisions favor whichever side has clearer evidence. Frivolous disputes hurt your buyer rating; legitimate ones are always honored.
Refunds are instant
Once a dispute is resolved in your favor, the refund hits your buyer balance immediately. You can spend it right away or withdraw it back to crypto (cards top-ups are non-refundable to the card; we credit your balance instead).
